Becoming part of our team as a franchisee means you benefit from a range of in-built support structures from lead generation to report production for customers. The team also provide insurance assessment reporting with insurance repairs, construction project management services and pitch for government tenders nationally. 

Luke and Lauren have developed their franchise model to incorporate meticulously detailed and effective systems, demonstrating the importance and respect that they personally place on the safety of every customer.

They eagerly encourage driven franchisees to join the Inspect House NZ team and to continue to grow their network, which will enable Inspect House NZ to provide this critical service nationwide.

With a background in business, banking and finance having worked for some of Australasia’s largest banks, Luke has valuable small business experience. From starting an independent gym from scratch and growing it to to be run under management and also building a finance broking business, later merging it with an accounting practice to then provide consultancy services across P&L, balance sheet, finance and accounting practice management across SMEs in Australia.

Moving back to New Zealand with his wife Lauren and four children, Luke purchased Inspect House NZ in 2019 and has since tripled the group revenue, doubled the profitability and expanded the business across multiple regions.

Luke has also designed, co built and implemented an inspection software system business to help streamline operational efficiencies for staff and inspectors within the Inspect House NZ brand and independently.

Luke brings enviable expertise in the setting up and growth of a sustainable franchise model across New Zealand and Australia.

Lauren Fox is a qualified primary school teacher, also backed by 10 years experience in small business. Lauren has core operational experience having developed all the standard operating procedures, policy and procedural documentation across the gym, and finance, accounting, property inspection and software business. Lauren is the backbone of the family and business, providing direction and leadership from an operational standpoint. Lauren is critical to the success of the business as Lauren manages the team of staff who support the back end reporting, operational and customer service enquiries for the franchisees.

Inspect House NZ has been a Westpac Business Awards finalist for Manufacturing and Technology for the Tairawhiti region a Westpac Business Awards nominee for Auckland for Customer Service Delivery and Peoples Choice Nominee.

Inspect House NZ is also closing in on 100x 5 star google reviews across the country.

Luke Fox - General Manager Business Performance

Lukes role within the business is ultimately responsible for the group strategy of the business across sales, marketing, operations, technology, innovation, legal and compliance. Luke is also responsible for finding new sales opportunities for franchisees across real estate, finance brokers, government, maori business, insurance assessment, repair work and other potential referral partners.

Lauren Fox - Chief Operating Officer

Laurens role within the business is to manage Training, Technology, Finance and Operations. Lauren is responsible for training and onboarding new franchisees. Lauren also manages the inspection technology platform for the business, payments, invoicing, legal matters and the strategic direction of the Operations of the business.

Terrence Blake – Marketing Manager

Terrences within the business is content creation and group marketing. Terrence will help manages all the digital assets across the business and assists franchisees deliver the appropriate marketing across the various B2C and B2B customer personas within the business

Michelle Van Den Berg - Customer, Training and Compliance Manager

Michelles role within the business is ensure that customers receive the best customer service possible. This requires daily interaction and management of the building inspectors and Customer Service Assistants (Report Writers) to provide consistent, quality, clear and concise inspection reports. Michelle also manages the Health and Safety compliance training and process across the contractor and franchise network which includes Site Safety Plans, Health and Safety Processes, Hazard and Risk Identification, Worksafe Processes.

Nouleen Ross - Client Services Manager

Nouleens role within the business is to assist and manage major client groups with assessment reporting, scope of works, quotations, co-ordination of repair works and stakeholder management. Nouleen also manages a large portion of builders across the country to ensure that communication between customers, suppliers and strategic partners are professionally managed. 

Ayesha Tamayo - Group Accountant

Ayesha manages the group financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounting, invoicing, payables and receivables of the business to ensure that customer invoices are sent and financial payments are reconciled which allows for wider group efficiencies. Inam also manages the financial reporting for franchisees and assists in preparing financial data for our P&L and Balance Sheet discussions with franchisees.

Monaliza Turner – Customer Service Specialist

Monas role within the business is to strategically target real estate agents, finance brokers and other strategic partners to help our franchise network build new relationships. Mona also manages key B2B customer accounts such as Property Developers and Strategic Government Accounts.

John Turner – Customer Service Specialist

Johns role within the business is to manage all the inbound and outbound sales enquiries and to assist the builders network around NZ book in relevant pre purchase, insurance assessment, re-instatement and building and construction work. Its imperative that John is on the front foot and is proactive with communication to all parties involved to ensure that the process is smooth for the customer. 

Ada Akgampo - Customer Service Specialist

Adas role within the business is to assist our building inspectors write their building reports. Some builders do not have the literacy ability to piece together a quality, clear and concise report so Ada's  role is critical to the success of the business to help our inspectors write their report and make it easy for customers to understand.
