business, insurance assessment, repair work and other potential referral partners.
Lauren Fox - Chief Operating Officer
Laurens role within the business is to manage Training, Technology,
Finance and Operations. Lauren is responsible for training and
onboarding new franchisees. Lauren also manages the inspection
technology platform for the business, payments, invoicing, legal matters and the
strategic direction of the Operations of the business.
Terrence Blake – Marketing Manager
Terrences within the business is content creation and group marketing. Terrence will help manages all the digital assets across the business and assists franchisees deliver the appropriate marketing across the various B2C and B2B customer personas within the business
Michelle Van Den Berg - Customer, Training and Compliance Manager
Michelles role within the business is ensure that customers receive the best customer service possible. This requires daily interaction and management of the building inspectors and Customer Service Assistants (Report Writers) to provide consistent, quality, clear and concise inspection reports. Michelle also manages the Health and Safety compliance training and process across the contractor and franchise network which includes Site Safety Plans, Health and Safety Processes, Hazard and Risk Identification, Worksafe Processes.
Carla Coetzer - Client Services Manager
Carlas role within the business is to assist and manage major client groups with assessment reporting, scope of works, quotations, co-ordination of repair works and stakeholder management. Carla also manages a large portion of builders across the country to ensure that communication between customers, suppliers and strategic partners are professionally managed.
Nouleen Ross - Client Services Manager
Nouleens role within the business is to assist and manage major client groups with assessment reporting, scope of works, quotations, co-ordination of repair works and stakeholder management. Nouleen also manages a large portion of builders across the country to ensure that communication between customers, suppliers and strategic partners are professionally managed.
Kate Beckman - Customer Service Manager
Kates role within the business is to manage the day by day customer queries across the building report side of the business to ensure that all customer queries, payments, reports, supplier queries and referral partners questions are being managed with the best customer service possible.
Catherine Brandt - Administrator and Customer Service Coordinator
Catherines role within the business is to provide quality assurance checks across all the building report products that are distributed to customers. Catherine is also critical to the process of ensuring that client jobs are correctly and accurately allocated, reports are followed up, invoicing particulars are correct and managed along with every day management of the builders in line with all the important customer and supplier queries.
Ayesha Tamayo - Group Accountant
Ayesha manages the group financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounting, invoicing, payables and receivables of the business to ensure that customer invoices are sent and financial payments are reconciled which allows for wider group efficiencies. Inam also manages the financial reporting for franchisees and assists in preparing financial data for our P&L and Balance Sheet discussions with franchisees.
Monaliza Turner – Customer Service Specialist
Monas role within the business is to strategically target real estate agents, finance brokers and other strategic partners to help our franchise network build new relationships. Mona also manages key B2B customer accounts such as Property Developers and Strategic Government Accounts.
John Turner – Customer Service Specialist
Johns role within the business is to manage all the inbound and outbound sales enquiries and to assist the builders network around NZ book in relevant pre purchase, insurance assessment, re-instatement and building and construction work. Its imperative that John is on the front foot and is proactive with communication to all parties involved to ensure that the process is smooth for the customer.
Ada Akgampo - Customer Service Specialist
Adas role within the business is to assist our building inspectors
write their building reports. Some builders do not have the literacy
ability to piece together a quality, clear and concise report so Ada's role is critical to the success of the business to help our inspectors
write their report and make it easy for customers to understand.
Sareah May Milla - Customer Claim Technician
Sareahs role within the business is to assist the Client Service Managers, suppliers, brokers and customers receive fast efficient and accurate claim updates and progress reports.
Michael De Jesus – Special Projects & IT Manager
Michaels role within the business is to assist with special projects across the business such IT delivery, product innovation, product delivery and sales projects to help the business develop ongoing systems and process across sales, operations and technology.
