Luke and Lauren have developed their franchise model to incorporate meticulously detailed and effective systems, demonstrating the importance and respect that they personally place on the safety of every customer.

They eagerly encourage driven franchisees to join the Inspect House team and to continue to grow their network, which will enable Inspect House NZ to provide this critical service nationwide.

With a background in business, banking and finance having worked for some of Australasia’s largest banks, Luke has valuable small business experience. From starting an independent gym from scratch and growing it to to be run under management and also building a finance broking business, later merging it with an accounting practice to then provide consultancy services across P&L, balance sheet, finance and accounting practice management across SMEs in Australia.

Moving back to New Zealand with his wife Lauren and four children, Luke purchased Inspect House NZ in 2019 and has since tripled the group revenue, doubled the profitability and expanded the business across multiple regions.

Luke has also designed, co built and implemented an inspection software system business to help streamline operational efficiencies for staff and inspectors within the Inspect House brand and independently.

Luke brings enviable expertise in the setting up and growth of a sustainable franchise model across New Zealand and Australia.

Lauren Fox is a qualified primary school teacher, also backed by 10 years experience in small business. Lauren has core operational experience having developed all the standard operating procedures, policy and procedural documentation across the gym, and finance, accounting, property inspection and software business. Lauren is the backbone of the family and business, providing direction and leadership from an operational standpoint. Lauren is critical to the success of the business as Lauren manages the team of staff who support the back end reporting, operational and customer service enquiries for the franchisees.

Luke Fox - Franchise Development and New Sales Manager

Lukes role within the business is to grow the franchise network across New Zealand to provide a truly national service model for customers. Luke is also responsible for finding new sales opportunities for franchisees across real estate, finance brokers, government, maori business and other potential referral partners.

Lauren Fox - Chief Operating Officer

Laurens role within the business is to manage Training, Technology, Finance and Operations. Lauren is responsible for training and onboarding new franchisees. Lauren also manages the inspection technology platform for the business, payments, invoicing and the strategic direction of the Operations of the business.

Kyall Boonen - National Sales Manager

Kyall is responsible for managing and coordinating all the critical inspection bookings across NZ. Kyalls role is key to ensure that customers receive initial first class customer service, coordination of the inspections with the various agents, suppliers, vendors across the country and day to day sales management of the building inspection team.  

Terrence Blake – Marketing Manager

Terrences role within the business is content creation and group marketing. Terrence manages all the digital assets across the business and assists franchisees deliver the appropriate marketing across the various B2C and B2B customer personas within the business

Monaliza Turner – Telesales Associate

Monas role within the business is to strategically target real estate agents, finance brokers and other strategic partners to help our franchise network build new relationships. Mona also assists in a customer service standpoint to make proactive follow up calls to gain customer feedback

Michelle Van Den Berg - Customer Service Manager

Michelles role within the business is ensure that customers receive the best customer service possible. This requires daily interaction and management of the building inspectors and Customer Service Assistants (Report Writers) to provide consistent, quality, clear and concise inspection reports.

Kate Beckman - Customer Service Assistant

Kates role within the business is to assist our building inspectors write their building reports. Some builders do not have the literacy ability to piece together a quality, clear and concise report so Kates role is critical to the success of the business to help our inspectors write their report and make it easy for customers to understand.

Cherease De Bruyn - Customer Service Assistant

Cherease's role within the business is to assist our building inspectors write their building reports. Cherease also provides follow up calls to customers to gain feedback on the overall experience with our inspector and Inspect House NZ and to share the feedback with the team to find ways to improve the business

Mandrake Tungol - Customer Service Assistant

Mandrakes role within the business is to assist our building inspectors write their building reports. Some builders do not have the literacy ability to piece together a quality, clear and concise report so Mandrakes  role is critical to the success of the business to help our inspectors write their report and make it easy for customers to understand.
