Inspect House NZ proudly welcomes Harman Ghuman as the newest franchise owner for Auckland. Harman's journey from India to New Zealand has been one of determination and ambition, fuelled by a passion for entrepreneurship and a love for the construction industry.

With eight years of experience in construction, specifically in quantity surveying and construction management, Harman saw an opportunity with Inspect House NZ that aligned perfectly with his skills and aspirations. The company's reputation for offering expert property inspections and a variety of inspection services resonated with him, giving him the confidence to take on this new challenge as a franchisee.

“I saw that Inspect House NZ was advertising for a franchisee in Auckland. I felt ready to take on this new career challenge after my extensive experience in quantity surveying and project management.”

“I first visited New Zealand as a tourist. When I got back to India, I immediately started to look for ways to come back and study.”

Harman studied a level 6 diploma in construction management with a strand in quantity surveying which began his career in construction.

He then spent 5 years working as a quantity surveyor for a construction company based in Auckland, starting off as a junior QS, then progressing to an intermediate quantity surveyor. He then became a project coordinator in Auckland and then easily progressed to project manager.

After this, he realised he needed a new challenge. This is where he began his search for business ownership and entrepreneurship.
